We are always looking for great people.

At Xplain Data, everything revolves around genuine understanding.

We uncover why things happen and reveal cause-and-effect relationships hidden within complex data. Our technology is designed to be universal—useful wherever causality matters. Currently, our primary focus is on electronics manufacturing and healthcare.

You’ll be involved in cutting-edge client projects and work with extensive, high-impact datasets—from millions of patient records to billions of diagnostic entries and production parameters. Our mission is to identify causal relationships and turn those insights into real-world impact.

We’re a small, highly motivated remote team of data enthusiasts, and we’re looking for people who see themselves as innovators: curious, persistent, entrepreneurial—and ready to shape the future of Causal AI. With us, you’ll work with state-of-the-art, patented tools, be part of an exciting AI movement, and join a scale-up with genuine growth potential. You’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in building Xplain Data over the coming years—and grow with us. There’s no mould you need to fit into here; you’ll help create it.

Benefits:

Flexible working hours: We give you the freedom to design your day in a way that works for you—aligned with our team.

Work from anywhere: Whether it’s your home office, a cabin in the mountains, or a hotel room—within legal boundaries, you work wherever you’re most productive.

Offsite team retreats: Twice a year, we meet in person—at beautiful locations that guarantee inspiration (and good vibes).

If you are passionate about data analytics and new machine learning technologies and would like to work in an entrepreneurial environment, we would love to hear from you. Please send your resume to hr@xplain-data.com.
