The innovative, autonomous Causal DiscoveryBot works in the background of a plant, continuously analyzing data from all production steps. It constantly searches for emerging problems and causes of failures that could endanger the production line. The goal is to identify the few factors that have a causal influence on the target variable, e.g., factors that could jeopardize the quality of the manufactured parts, from the multitude of correlations.
Affected departments and stakeholders are immediately alerted (via email, Slack, etc.) when new causal factors become significant. This allows effective countermeasures to be taken in a timely manner.
